Refund/Exchange Policy for Studio Lab Packages.
Due to the custom pre-designed nature of our services, there are no refunds of any orders, Studio301 begins working on the Marketing Material by designing and printing not later than 24 hours after received.
Photo products ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds we can, however, provide a future store credit in some special cases. Studio 301 packages cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
• a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 24 hours (1 business days) from the date it was received,
• damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received),
• or in the event that the order was erroneously processed such as an error was made on the size or name of the product.
Policies
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Studio 301 does, of course, guarantee that the photos you receive meet the highest standards.
The payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive 1-3 weeks after payment is received and depending on how fast you sent your selected pictures. Comp Cards take approximately 2 weeks as they are custom designed and handmade.
All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable unless booked through a special promotion. Please make your selection carefully before ordering and if you have any questions please email us at [email protected].
Orders with your Agency
The packages and quantities are shipped according to the following details (all sales are final):
Headshots pack:
90% percent of the copies of your Headshots will be shipped to your agency for promotional purposes
8% copies of your Headshots will be shipped to you every time you update your photos
Remaining stock will be used for future prints
Comp Cards/Zed Cards:
92% copies of your Comp Cards will be shipped to your agency for promotional purposes
8% copies of your Comp Cards will be shipped to you
Remaining stock will be used for future prints
E-book:
1 Digital Book shipped to you
Business Cards:
100 Business cards will be shipped to you if you purchase the Premium Package if there is a printing problem with your cards Studio 301 will redo the cards at no extra charge.
500 Business cards will be shipped to you if you purchase the Platinum Package if there is a printing problem with your cards Studio 301 will redo the cards at no extra charge.
If you need more copies or have new photos to update your order please contact your agency.
